JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Manager - Non-Collateral is responsible for overseeing the overall sales operations, business development, productivity, profitability, and performance of the assigned branch. The role leads and manages branch sales personnel to ensure achievement of sales and release targets, effective account processing, quality customer service, and proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
