Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience; branch sales experience preferred.
• Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Minimum 2 years of field work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Must be comfortable in doing fieldwork and client mapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive and firm business stance relative to competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize strengths/opportunities.
• Builds stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and review of their financial condition to maximize and expand business prospects.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups through collaborative cross-sell initiatives.
• Employs accurate profiling of prospects through assessment of their financial status and capabilities to address needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting the bank's products and services as solutions to clients' needs to grow the customer base.
