Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Branch Sales Officer in Metro Manila to drive sales targets through tactical rollout of strategies and address banking requirements for customers with innovative products and services.

You will build relationships with customers via regular visits, cross-sell with partner units, profile prospects, and acquire new-to-bank clients while remaining mobile to cover branches in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 5 years strong sales experience.
• Branch sales experience preferred but not required.
• Field work experience and client management.
• Willing to be mobile and assigned to branches within the Region.
• Resilience and a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive stance relative to competition, market conditions and external factors.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through visits and reviews to maximize opportunities.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to address needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting the bank's products and services.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
