Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales and Branch Operations Manager to drive branch performance, lead sales initiatives, and ensure daily operations and compliance.

You will recruit and engage dealers, coach teams, manage inventory and logistics, and expand the dealer network across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, branch operations, or business development (direct selling, FMCG, or retail preferred).
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading sales or operations teams.
• Experience in dealer recruitment and engagement with strong inventory and logistics know-how.

• Lead branch sales performance, operations excellence, and dealer loyalty.
• Execute sales strategies and expand dealer network to grow business.
• Meet targets while managing daily operations, inventory, and compliance.
