Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales and marketing experience in deposits within banking.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with active client portfolio maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention in line with store growth.
• Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and increasing share of wallet.
• Promote and sell banking products to meet targets.
• Ensure full regulatory and internal policy compliance (KYC, AML).
• Maintain high standards in audit, risk, and customer service with client-centric engagement.
