Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking Branch Relationship Officers in Metro Manila to drive sales, retain clients, and grow deposits. On-site roles require select candidates with proven banking sales experience and strong client management skills.

You will promote banking products, meet targets, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML rules while delivering excellent service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of deposit products within banking.
• Open to candidates with extensive branch banking operations or service delivery seeking a front-line sales role.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with an active client portfolio in the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention efforts in line with the store's growth strategy.
• Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and improving share of wallet.
• Promote and sell banking products and services to meet business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies through KYC and AML adherence.
