Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience of deposit products in banking.
• Experience in Branch Banking operations or service delivery and willingness to move to front-line sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention per store growth strategy.
• Grow managed accounts by deepening relationships and wallet share.
• Promote and sell banking products to qualified clients to meet targets.
• Ensure KYC compliance and AML adherence with proper documentation.
