• Drive sales acquisition and customer retention in line with the store's growth strategy.
• Deepen client relationships and grow assigned managed accounts.
• Promote and sell banking products to meet targets.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies (KYC/AML).
• Maintain high standards in audit, risk and customer service.
