Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure accurate, timely service delivery, and align with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes transaction processing, risk management, and customer service within the branch environment.

The ABM will lead branch personnel, provide coaching, manage certifications and performance reviews, and participate in staff scheduling and development opportunities to support branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in branch banking operations
• Experience in people management

Responsibilities

• Oversee transactional processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of branch transactions.
• Support Operations, Control & Risk Management by ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage end-to-end customer experience in the branch.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate branch staff; manage training and performance reviews.
• Handle other duties as assigned by branch leadership.
