• Approves transactions within authority limits and ensures proper documentation.
• Maintains KYC and regulatory compliance for all accounts.
• Leads and coaches branch staff, set goals, and conducts performance reviews.
• Monitors audit readiness and strengthens control processes.
• Manages branch facilities, security, and housekeeping.
