Responsibilities

• Manages the overall ATM services of the Business Center, ensuring ATM availability and cash levels.
• Ensures Business Center compliance to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes service tasks to increase deposits, fees and revenues, and cross-sell bank products.
• Manages risk to minimize errors, irregularities, reputational or financial losses.
• Ensures BC personnel deliver excellent service with fast turnaround and accurate processing.
• Leads by example and serves as a role model to subordinates.
