Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Branch Service Head to oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies. You will assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services, while supervising staff and coordinating cash, deposits, and administrative tasks.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of banking procedures, and a customer-service mindset to drive branch performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
