Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the productive and efficient operations of the branches (DP and DH) by directing all operational aspects of each unit and driving sales at the same time minimizing costs. His/her area may vary based on operational exigencies.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of logistics or e-commerce, and the ability to present reports using various mediums. Extensive experience in management is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field.
• With at least 5 years experience as store or business manager, preferably in a related field.
• With proven experience as area manager, store manager, or similar managerial role.
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations to ensure efficiency and minimize errors.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs across units within accountability.
• Provides practical solutions to operational problems to protect business operations.
• Manages sound financial performance to keep branches profitable within budget.
• Evaluates people and performance using key metrics and addresses issues.
• Leads Supervisors to collaborate toward set goals.
• Assists upper management on expansion or new ventures.
• Reports progress and issues to senior executives regularly.
• Follows protocol before major business decisions involving legal actions.
