Job summary

J&T Cargo PH is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the full operation of the assigned branch in Metro Manila. You will manage staff, ensure service quality, and drive branch performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. You will coordinate with HR for staffing and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in branch operations or related industry.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, workforce management, and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in reporting tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch personnel.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct coaching and performance discussions as needed.

• Coordinate manpower requirements with HR.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure branch staffing requirements are consistently met.

• Monitor branch KPIs and prepare management reports.
