MOTORJOY DEPOT INC. is seeking a Branch Operations Head to oversee the branch's daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage staff, inventory, and financial targets. You will ensure policy compliance and operational excellence while leading teams to grow profitability.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency within a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite, full-time role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management.
• Strong background in business development, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance regulations.
• Monitor and analyze branch KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure optimal inventory management, stock levels, and cost control.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer needs.
