Job summary

MOTORJOY DEPOT INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Operations Head to oversee day-to-day operations, sales performance, and profitability of the branch, including staff, customer service, inventory, and financial targets.

You will lead, coach, and develop the branch team, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, drive customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and workflow.
• Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels, cost control, and financial targets.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff for high performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address escalations promptly.
• Prepare timely reporting of sales, expenses, and metrics; assess risks.
