Qualifications

• Experience in business development, financial management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency.
• Implement policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operations.
• Develop sales strategies and pursue new market opportunities.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and profitability analysis.
