Job summary

MAS Autodesign Corporation in Tacloban City seeks an Area Head to lead TOMAS AUTOWORKS operations, sales, and customer service. The role requires guiding front-line staff, ensuring compliance, and driving branch growth in a dynamic retail environment.

You will train and coach teams, manage schedules, handle cash procedures, and resolve complex customer issues while building community relationships to expand the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in branch operations, retail management, sales, or customer service.
• Supervisory/team-lead/senior assistant role with staff performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor front-line staff to achieve branch targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations, ongoing skill development, and training sessions.
• Manage daily staffing schedules, task delegation, and workflow for branch coverage.
• Oversee daily open/close procedures, cash reconciliation, and vault management.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and safety standards; perform audits.
• Assist in setting and driving branch sales goals, cross-selling, and client acquisition.
• Monitor sales metrics and coach underperforming staff.
• Build strong local community and customer relationships to support growth.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and maintain service quality.
