Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency.
• Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; lead promotions and engagement.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff; conduct coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and manage escalations.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and profitability reporting; assess risks.
