Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings in Davao City is seeking an Operations Control Officer to oversee the Integrated Branch’s day-to-day operations, including cash handling and account services, and to serve as the vault custodian with the Branch Service Head.

The role includes co-approving loans within approved limits, balancing books, end-of-day procedures, and preparing reports for APD Loans Control Department and HUB operations.

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as operations officer or supervisor.
• Knowledge of branch operations: cashiering, accounting, clearing; customer service and loan screening.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations of low counter and after sales transactions; coordinate with Branch Service Head and APD Loans Officer.
• Co-approve loans within the approved limit; balance books and ensure end-of-day procedures.
