Job summary

The CBS China Bank Savings Philippines seeks an Operations Control Officer for the Integrated Branch in Laguna. You will supervise daily branch operations, vault custody with the Branch Service Head, and ensure accurate books and end-of-day balancing.

The role includes co-approving loans within approved limits, overseeing new accounts and service quality, and coordinating with APD Loans Officer for reports and compliance. Strong MS Office skills and clear written/oral communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as operations officer or supervisor.
• Knowledge of branch ops: cashiering, accounting, clearing, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations of the Integrated Branch.
• Serve as primary custodian of the vault with Branch Service Head.
• Co-approve loans within approved limits with BSH and APD Loans Officer.
• Handle accounting functions, balance books, and end-of-day balancing; submit reports.
