Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Experience with new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• Knowledge of branch policies and procedures.
• Customer service oriented with people supervision skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Iba, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Service Head in daily branch operations.
• Oversee clearing operations and end-of-day balancing.
• Supervise New Accounts section and customer service activities.
• Act as Control Officer and Compliance Coordinator for the branch.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure continuity of business operations.
