Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings in the Philippines seeks an Operations Control Officer to oversee day-to-day branch operations and vault custody in coordination with the Branch Service Head and APD Loans Officer. The role includes supervising cash handling, new account opening, and service delivery at the New Accounts counter, plus balancing books, reporting, and ensuring compliance with end-of-day processes.

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate of any 4-year course preferably business course.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years as operations officer/ supervisor.
• Must be knowledgeable in branch operations covering Cashiering, Branch Accounting, Clearing; Must also be knowledgeable in handling sales & marketing, customer service and customer complaints; Preferably with knowledge and experience in screening of loan applicants and basic credit scoring; Must be proficient in using MSOffice applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Must be able to communicate well in both oral and written form of communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations in coordination with the Branch Service Head and APD Loans Officer.
• Oversee customer servicing, new account openings, and other services at the New Accounts counter.
• Co-approver of BSH and APD Loans Officer within approved limit.
• Handle accounting functions; balance and maintain books.
• Responsible for clearing operations, end-of-day balancing, and transaction callbacks.
• Submit APD Loans Control Department and HUB operations reports.
