Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings seeks an Operations Control Officer to manage day-to-day branch operations and serve as vault custodian alongside the Branch Service Head. The role ensures efficient customer servicing, new accounts processing, and coordination with BSH for after-sales activities.

The OCO oversees balance of books, clearing, end-of-day procedures, and reporting to APD Loans Control and HUB, requiring solid experience in banking operations and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate, 4-year course, preferably business.
• Experience in branch operations or supervisory role is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cashiering, accounting, and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and vault custodian duties with Branch Service Head.
• Supervise New Accounts servicing and after-sales processes with BSH.
• Co-approve loans within approval limits; handle balancing and end-of-day processes.
• Prepare and submit APD Loans Control Department and HUB operations reports.
