Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Reserve Officer to cover Branch Service Head/Branch Operations Head roles when gaps occur. The role also supports as Service Associate or Teller as needed, with a focus on cash management, deposits, compliance, marketing, and people development.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in branch banking operations, strong knowledge of bank policies, and a customer-centric leadership mindset. Willing to be assigned in Butuan City and other district areas.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business.
• At least 5 years experience in branch banking operations (new accounts, tellering, clearing).
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch procedures.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City and amenable to transfers within district.
