Job summary

ALLBANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC. is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to supervise daily branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will oversee account opening, cash handling, vault/ATM processes, and the accuracy of client servicing.

The role includes monitoring AML/KYC compliance, preparing regulatory reports, supervising staff performance, and supporting the Branch Manager to hit business targets through in-branch initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations and ensure observance of bank policies and regulatory rules.
• Oversee account opening, cash handling, and ATM/vault processes with accuracy.
• Assist in achieving business targets through in-branch marketing and cross-selling.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance for new accounts and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory/internal reports and monitor CCTV and branch security.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct daily post-audit of transactions.
