Job summary

TRBank, Inc. seeks a Branch Service Officer to oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory controls. You will manage cash custody, vault access, and customer service to maintain deposit growth.

Key duties include supervising CSOs, verifying transactions, and upholding internal controls while delivering high-quality service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of business, finance, economics, management or marketing.
• 2 years banking operations experience with emphasis on branch operations.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash custody, tellering, new accounts functions and related bookkeeping.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies, BSP rules and government regulations.
• Implement service standards to foster branch patronage and customer loyalty.
• Supervise Branch Service Associates and review workloads and accomplishments.
• Maintain and monitor cash vault, safes, and accountable forms inventory.
• Authorize verifications of encashment, withdrawals, and related documents.
