• Security and access control for branch premises.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations staff are aware of branch policies, procedures, and updates.
• Assist and handle resolution of operational queries and customer complaints at branch level.
• Manage cash requirements and ensure branch CIV has adequate cash and ATMs stay up.
• Maintain branch security: keys, alarms, and authorized access.
• Plan job rotation and cross posting per policy.
• May be assigned additional duties by superiors.
