Job summary

ALLBANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC. is seeking a Reserve Pool Officer to act as a reliever for Customer Service Associates, Branch Operations Officers, and Branch Managers to ensure seamless branch operation and customer service excellence.

The role involves readiness to assume duties, strict compliance with policies, and administrative support to the Cluster Head to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business-related course.
• Three years of relevant experience in Branch Operations.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as reliever for CSA, BOO, or BM in acting capacity to maintain operational continuity.
• Be ready to assume the position when required as identified by Management.
• Ensure banking transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold service quality standards to guarantee uninterrupted customer service and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Cluster Head, including reports and documentation.
• Ensure critical records are scanned/uploaded to NASSVR.
• Perform duties under the latest manual of operations for the position.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
