Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch, ensuring prompt and efficient service in line with service standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities include supervising cash and marketing operations, ensuring ATM uptime, supporting branch targets, and complying with bank policies and external regulations; willing to move within the covered area and contribute to team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability o ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards o branch personnel under his supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
