Job summary

China Bank Group's Cebu - SM Seaside City Branch is seeking a Channel Manager to lead day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring accurate transactions, compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will coach tellers and officers to promote banking products, drive cross‑selling, and collaborate with support teams across the network to achieve branch goals.

The role reports to the Branch Head and requires 3–5 years in branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• Solid grasp of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across all currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Guiding and supporting branch staff to ensure operational excellence and full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Helping drive our marketing and sales efforts by cross-selling products and ensuring the team understands how to position these offerings to meet client needs.
• Coordinating with other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
