Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Channel Manager to supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations and service standards. The role involves guiding branch staff, onboarding clients per KYC rules, and supporting in-branch sales to grow customer base and profitability.

You will also oversee asset security, mentor staff on MORB rules, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Branch Banking Operations at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and branch management practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and balance productivity with compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations across all service channels to ensure high service standards.
• Screen and onboard prospective clients per KYC guidelines and document requirements.
• Support in-branch sales activities, cross-sell products, and address customer inquiries and complaints to grow client base and profitability.
• Safeguard branch assets through proper handling of vault, keys, and password systems.
• Coach channel staff on MORB and policies during clinics and briefings for continuous operational knowledge.
