Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• A solid grasp of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory standards, and operational controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Guiding and supporting branch staff to ensure operational excellence and compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Helping drive marketing and sales efforts by cross-selling products and ensuring the team understands how to position offerings to meet client needs.
• Coordinating with other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
