About the role

The Roving Branch Operations Specialist is responsible for cashiering and client servicing functions in assigned branch. Also responsible for providing assistance to Field Sales, handling remote issuance of policy contracts, maintenance of branch office as well as assisting Customer Care in business conservation functions. In addition, the Roving Branch Operations Specialist relieves the post of any Branch Operations Specialist and is responsible for the manning of newly opened branch.
