Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to support and supervise branch operations across multiple branches. You will act as a manpower pool to fill in vacancies and ensure quality service to clients.

Responsibilities include spot-checking CIV, ATM-CIV, Tellers' Cash, and COCI while enforcing internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of branch banking operations experience, with strong risk management skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of branch banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations policies and procedures.
• Good risk management skills and customer orientation.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Branch Channel Manager, Branch Service Officer, Customer Advisor, or Teller in service operations and related areas.
• Conduct spot-checks on lean branches, CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller's Cash, and COCI; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent lapses in any branch.
