Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the Business Center's sales strategies and grow our customer base. You will coordinate with Retail Banking, drive sales initiatives, and strengthen relationships through timely servicing of financial needs.

The ideal candidate has a business degree and solid experience in strategic planning, risk and credit evaluation, and account management within the banking sector.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in any business related degree.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management; Financial Management.
• Knowledge in risk management controls; Account management.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and bank products and services.
