Job summary

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is seeking a Sales professional for the Business Center to plan and implement sales strategies, ensure attainment of goals, and secure long-term sustainability of the center. You will monitor market conditions, identify opportunities, grow the customer base, improve profitability, and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in any business related degree.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management' Financial Management
• Knowledge in risk management controls' Account management
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and knowledgeable with bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the Business Center's sales plan to attain its target business volume
• and contribute to the overall goals of Retail Banking Group.
• Responsible for growing customer base through internal or external sales initiatives.
• Maintains cordial working relations with the client by ensuring the timely servicing of financial needs.
