Job summary

RCBC invites applications for a Sales Officer role within the Retail Banking Group. You will plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business volume targets, monitor market and opportunities, and manage relationships with current customers to grow profitability.

Successful candidates will drive customer acquisition through both internal and external channels, ensuring timely service of financial needs and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adept in strategic planning and financial management.
• Knowledge in risk management controls and account management.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and bank products/services.
• Excellent team-player with the ability to maintain professional relationships within business units.
