Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive branch performance, manage daily operations, inventory, and compliance while delivering consistent customer experiences.

You will coach teams, set goals, execute growth strategies, recruit and engage staff, and help expand the company’s market presence across APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in sales, branch operations, or business development (preferably FMCG or retail).
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading sales or operations teams.
• Experience in recruitment and engagement, with strong background in inventory, logistics, branch operations, and local market development.
