Executive Optical, Inc. seeks a Store Manager for our Balayan, Batangas branch. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure high customer service levels while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Lead and develop branch staff, optimize processes, and secure profitability. Willing to relocate to Balayan and manage performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• More than 5 years' store manager experience in retail or related sectors.
• Willing to be assigned to Balayan, Batangas.

About the role

Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy and developing competencies of branch employees.
