Pipol Placement Agency is seeking a Branch Manager for Laguna and Cebu areas. You will oversee daily branch operations, lead a team, and ensure customer service excellence while achieving sales and operational targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or management and at least 3 years of managerial experience in branch operations or sales leadership. Construction/building materials exposure is a plus.
