Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in sales or branch operations, preferably direct selling, FMCG, or retail.
• 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role leading sales or operations.
• Experience in dealer recruitment and engagement.
• Strong background in inventory, logistics and local market development.
