Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive client recruitment, and grow loan portfolios in the Zambales region.

You will lead a branch team, ensure adherence to policies and quality controls, coordinate collections, and travel to assigned sites such as OLANGAPO, SUBIC, LIMAY, and HERMOSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business-related course is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in microfinance or in a management role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
