Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Team Leader/Branch Manager to drive loan production and lead a high-performing sales team. You will focus on customer acquisition, productivity, and portfolio quality.

You will supervise and coach sales associates, develop sales strategies, build partnerships with communities and referral networks, and ensure loan applications are complete and compliant.

Regular reporting to Management on sales and productivity completes the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in consumer lending or financing.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
