Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the branch and staff, drive monthly targets, monitor daily loan production, and ensure quality customer service.

The role involves planning programs for employees and clients, maintaining partnerships with Loan Consultants, dealers and banks, and implementing marketing programs within budget. The incumbent will participate in management meetings and represent the branch externally.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective task completion.
• Responsible for attaining the branch monthly target set by Management.
• Monitors daily production and loan releases to grow the branch.
• Plans, creates and implements programs and processes for branch staff and clients.
• Maintains good partnerships with Loan Consultants, dealers and banks.
• Implements business plans and programs from the Marketing Group.
• Delivers marketing activities within the approved budget.
• Conducts meetings, seminars and orientations for Loan Consultants.
• Reports branch performance regularly to the Immediate Superior.
• Ensures quality service to customers/clients is consistently applied.
• Handles clients' complaints or concerns escalated by staff.
• Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other.
