Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Onsite IT Support member for our Antique Branch. The role delivers technical support to branch operations through onsite and remote troubleshooting, system deployments, and IT asset management.

You will respond to tickets, perform hardware/software maintenance, and ensure documentation and security standards are met. The position requires travel to branch locations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to travel and provide onsite support to branch locations.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and service requests from branch users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to branch personnel.
Escalate complex or critical issues to senior support teams when necessary.
