Job summary

Meaningful Banking From Metrobank is seeking a Branch Head for Ilocos Sur – Vigan Branch to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sustainable growth in a competitive regional market.

You will manage staff, ensure compliance and risk controls, cultivate lasting client relationships, and implement sales strategies that align with Metrobank’s standards and community commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is as advantage
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
