You will implement strategies to enhance profitability and service quality, mentor staff, deepen client relationships, and expand the branch's client base through local networking. A strong track record in sales, customer service, and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten years in banking with at least five years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in sales generation and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Drive branch growth by meeting or exceeding deposits, loans, and other products targets.
• Lead branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Develop and mentor branch staff to achieve performance and career growth.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve complex issues to boost satisfaction.
