Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Branch Head for the President Quirino Ave. Branch to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of banking operations to enhance branch performance. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing branch teams, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies preferred
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations preferred but not required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
• Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management

Responsibilities

• Process and interpret information to derive meaningful insights, make informed decisions, and leverage insights to think creatively and explore unconventional solutions
• Identify and contact potential customers in order to generate new business
• Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services
• Build connections with customers and lay the foundation for trust
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Understand and use modern technology effectively
