East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Store Manager (Branch Head) to lead our branch network across multiple locations including Davao, Cotabato, Koronadal, Butuan, and Zamboanga. This on-site role focuses on driving product sales, building strong customer bonds, and turning the branch into a growth hub.

You will mentor the branch team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver outstanding service aligned with EastWest pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel by selling bank products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services.
• Implement marketing programs to promote products, acquire new customers, and increase share of wallet.
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
• Approve transactions and oversee service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance and risk management per bank policies.
